The Microsoft Intune and AI Blog by Jannik Reinhard is the starting point for readers who want practical posts about endpoint management, Microsoft Entra, Azure automation, and AI-powered admin tooling. Think of this Microsoft Intune and AI Blog as your shortcut to battle-tested guidance you can apply the same day you read it.
Welcome to jannikreinhard.com — the blog where I share what I learn while building real-world Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management and Azure AI solutions. This very post is the one that started it all back in July 2021, written on the day I decided I wanted my own corner of the internet to document the workarounds, scripts and architectures that didn’t fit a tweet but were too useful to keep on a personal note. Five years and several hundred articles later, the original mission still holds: practical content for IT admins, written by someone who is still actively shipping the same things in production.

If you’ve just landed here for the first time, a few signposts: the About page tells you who I am (Microsoft MVP for Security and Microsoft Foundry, Head of AI at Epic Fusion); the Recommended Resources page lists the books, podcasts and people that shape my thinking; and the category navigation on the right is the fastest way to drill into Intune, AI, PowerShell, Azure or Security tutorials category content. Welcome aboard, and thanks for reading — every share, comment and “this saved my afternoon” message keeps me writing.
Why the Microsoft Intune and AI Blog exists
I started the Microsoft Intune and AI Blog because the best lessons in endpoint management rarely fit into documentation. The official Microsoft Intune documentation on Microsoft Learn is excellent for reference, but it doesn’t tell you which approach survives contact with 70,000 real devices. That gap — between the docs and production reality — is exactly what this blog tries to fill, one tested workaround at a time.
I am Jannik Reinhard, a dual Microsoft MVP in Security – Intune and AI Platform – Azure AI Services (renewed for 2026). As Head of AI at Epic Fusion and Epic Fusion Germany, I drive AI innovation across the organization and customers.
In my previous role as Technical Lead AIOps at BASF, the world’s largest chemical company, I focused on bringing Artificial Intelligence into IT Operations to make processes smarter, faster, and more proactive. I invented and built an AI framework with 70k active users.

What drives me
My background is in Modern Device Management, where I worked as a Senior Solution Architect. Over the past years, I shifted my focus to AI-driven IT operations—building solutions that detect and solve problems before they even reach the user. Previously, I spent 11 years at BASF, the world’s largest chemical company, where I served as Technical Lead AIOps and founded an internal AI framework. Much of what I learned there now feeds directly into the Microsoft Intune and AI Blog so other admins can skip the painful trial and error.
