Prepare your enquiry
A short description of the task helps me understand where support would be useful. Start with the result you need, the current situation and the decision you are trying to make. You do not need a finished specification or a slide deck to get in touch. If a deadline matters, include the date and explain what needs to be ready by then.
What helps with a technical project?
Describe the affected platform and the scope: for example, an Intune app deployment, a Microsoft Foundry agent or an Azure integration. Mention whether this is a new implementation, a review of an existing solution or a problem in operation. For a reproducible error, include the error code, the relevant version and what you have already checked. A link to the related article or public repository also helps. Summarize the evidence in the message; do not send tenant exports, credentials, access tokens or personal data from your users.
What should a workshop or speaking request include?
Tell me who will attend, which topic they need to understand and what they should be able to do afterwards. Include the planned format, language, date, duration and whether the session is remote or on site. For hands-on training, mention whether participants have a suitable test environment. An audience learning its first AI workflow needs a different session from administrators reviewing agent permissions or troubleshooting application delivery.

Microsoft Bookings lets you select an available conversation slot. Sponsorship requests have a separate page for book, website, video and blog formats. Contacting me does not subscribe you to a newsletter; newsletter registration and its email confirmation are separate steps.
