Whether you’re here for a quick technical question, want to collaborate on a project, or are looking to book me as a speaker, consultant, or guest author — pick the channel below that fits best. I read everything that lands here, even if responses sometimes take a few days.
For day-to-day Intune, Endpoint Management or Azure AI questions, the fastest channel is usually LinkedIn DMs — short messages, a clear question, and a link to what you’ve tried already. For code-related issues with one of my open-source tools (GPT Intune Device Troubleshooter, Intune Toolbox, custom remediation scripts and others), please open an issue on the corresponding GitHub repository; that way the answer benefits the whole community. For longer conversations, NDAs, or commercial work — consultancy, AI roadmap workshops, in-house trainings, conference talks — the contact form below is the right place. Please include the timeline you’re aiming for and the rough scope, that helps me reply with something useful in the first round.
I usually reply within 1–3 working days from Germany (CET/CEST). Communication can be in English or German; I prefer English for written technical material because most of the community knowledge lives there. If your message is time-sensitive (security incident, customer escalation, conference deadline), say so in the first line and I’ll prioritise it.
For all things Microsoft MVP-related — community Q&A, MVP-on-MVP introductions, MVP Summit scheduling — feel free to reach out via the official MVP channels too. And if you simply want to say thanks for a blog post that helped you, I genuinely love hearing it: a single sentence on LinkedIn or a coffee via Buy Me a Coffee brightens my day and keeps the writing flywheel going.
If you want to contact me use one of these channels or the contact form.
What kind of inquiries I respond to
- Consulting & advisory — Intune, Endpoint Management, Azure AI roadmaps, and architecture reviews for enterprise teams.
- Speaking engagements — conference keynotes, user-group sessions, internal corporate events, and podcast appearances.
- Partner content & sponsorships — clearly disclosed collaborations that genuinely fit the audience; I decline anything that doesn’t.
- Microsoft MVP community Q&A — peer questions, mentoring requests from aspiring MVPs, and collaboration on community projects.
- Simple questions — a one-line “is this still the recommended way?” is always welcome and usually gets the fastest reply.
Expected response time
Standard messages get a reply within 1–3 working days. During conference seasons, customer go-lives, or holidays this can stretch to a week — please don’t take silence personally, and feel free to send a polite nudge after seven days.
Before reaching out
If your question is technical and might benefit others, consider opening a GitHub issue on the relevant repository or leaving a comment on the corresponding blog post — that way the answer becomes searchable for the next person hitting the same wall. A quick search of this site or my GitHub profile often surfaces an existing write-up faster than I can type a reply.
Privacy
Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to my personal inbox and are never shared, sold, or used for marketing. I keep correspondence only as long as needed to answer your question, and you can ask me to delete the thread at any time.
