About Jannik Reinhard, Microsoft MVP

About

I am Jannik Reinhard, a dual Microsoft MVP in Security – Intune and AI Platform – Azure AI Services (renewed for 2026). As Head of AI at Epic Fusion and Epic Fusion Germany, I driving AI innovation across the organization and customers.

In my previous role as Technical Lead AIOps at BASF, the world’s largest chemical company, I focus on bringing Artificial Intelligence into IT Operations to make processes smarter, faster, and more proactive. I invented and builded an AI framework with 70k active users.

🔹 What drives me

My background is in Modern Device Management, where I worked as a Senior Solution Architect. Over the past years, I shifted my focus to AI-driven IT operations—building solutions that detect and solve problems before they even reach the user. Previously, I spent 11 years at BASF, the world’s largest chemical company, where I served as Technical Lead AIOps and founded an internal AI framework.

🔹 What I’m focused on right now

My current work sits at the intersection of AI agents, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft Intune. I am building production-grade AI tooling that goes beyond demos: multi-agent systems that ship to real users, evaluation pipelines that catch regressions before they hit production, and orchestration patterns that connect Foundry-hosted models with enterprise data and Intune-managed endpoints. I am especially interested in how agentic workflows reshape IT operations, how guardrails and observability scale across hundreds of agents, and how organizations move from prototype to dependable, governed AI systems.

🔹 How to work with me

Beyond my role at Epic Fusion, I take on a limited number of engagements each year: strategic consultancy on AI adoption, agent architecture, and Intune modernization; speaking engagements on AI agents, AIOps, and Modern Device Management; and hands-on workshops for engineering teams that want to ship real AI products, not slideware. If you are planning a conference, internal enablement program, or a focused AI initiative and want a partner who has built and operated this stack at scale, get in touch.

🔹 Connect with me

The fastest way to reach me is on LinkedIn. You can also follow my open-source work on GitHub, catch shorter takes on Twitter/X, and find my official Microsoft MVP profile for verified credentials and recent activities.

🔹 Publishing cadence

I publish new articles roughly every one to two weeks, with deeper deep-dives once a month. Topics rotate across AI agents and Foundry, Intune and endpoint security, AIOps and automation, and field-tested lessons from production deployments. Expect practical walkthroughs, opinionated takes, and code you can actually run, not vendor marketing.
