How I work

Every consulting engagement starts with a short discovery call (30–45 minutes, no charge) so I understand the actual problem behind the request. From there I propose either a fixed-scope deliverable (an architecture document, a tenant assessment, a working PoC) or a retainer model for ongoing tenant-engineering and AI-roadmap support. I deliberately keep my client list small so I can stay deeply involved — you get senior engineering and Microsoft MVP perspective on every call, not a junior consultant cosplaying with my résumé.

What you’ll get

  • Production-ready code and configurations — PowerShell scripts, Graph API calls, Intune profiles, Azure Bicep / Terraform, and AI agent prompts that you can run on day one.
  • Decision documentation that survives team turnover. Every recommendation comes with the why, the alternatives I considered and the failure modes you should plan for.
  • Honest answers when something Microsoft markets isn’t ready for production yet. I’d rather lose a billable day than ship a feature that will page your on-call engineer at 3 a.m.
  • Knowledge transfer, not vendor lock-in. Pair-coding sessions, documented runbooks and clean handovers are part of the standard package.

Typical engagements

  • Intune tenant deep-dive & hardening — security baselines, app deployment strategy, Autopilot & ESP review, scripted automation for repetitive admin work.
  • AI for the IT department — Copilot adoption, custom Azure OpenAI agents for endpoint admins, Microsoft Foundry-based assistants, prompt design and evaluation pipelines.
  • Azure infrastructure for endpoint workloads — Logic Apps, Functions, Automation Accounts, Log Analytics, Fabric/OneLake reporting, and the glue code between Microsoft 365 and your data platform.
  • Workshops & in-house trainings — half-day to multi-day formats covering Intune at scale, Microsoft Graph automation, or “AI agents for IT admins” with live build-along sessions.

If you’d like a sense of how I think before you reach out, the rest of this blog is a fairly accurate sample. Posts in Intune, AI, Analytics & Automation and Security reflect the same opinions and the same engineering style I bring into client work.
